Toyota Extra Care Protection Service Agreement

Protect your investment and elevate your peace of mind with a Toyota Extra Care Protection Service Agreement.

Your Toyota is built to last and is covered by an extensive warranty. But the unexpected can still happen. That’s why Toyota offers Toyota Extra Care Protection (ECP) Service Agreements with terms and coverage to give you peace of mind.

MECHANICAL PROTECTION

ECP Service Agreements supplement your Toyota factory warrantyǂ with extensive mechanical protection with terms for up to 7 years or 200,000 kilometres*. With service available from any of the 68 Toyota dealers across Quebec, your Toyota will always be serviced with Genuine Toyota Parts and by trained Toyota technicians.

INCLUDED MAINTENANCE SERVICE

To help keep your vehicle running smoothly, Toyota ECP Service Agreements include maintenance service. Depending on the plan you choose and its maintenance schedule, that can include up to the first three years of the Maintenance Service Program.†

† Plan must be purchased within 31 days of the vehicle registration date. The maintenance services do not include any items that require periodic replacement, such as engine air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, belts, hoses, or brake pads. The 36 months/48,000 km maintenance service for specific vehicles includes Brake fluid replacement and/or transfer case fluid replacement which is required as indicated in the Toyota Owner’s Manual Supplement. Cabin Air Filter replacement is included for Battery Electric Vehicles. Please see dealer or ECP Service Agreement available at your dealer for full details

TRIP INTERRUPTION & TRAVEL PLANNING ASSISTANCE

Other than mechanical protection, ECP Service Agreements include more benefits for your new vehicle under the Toyota Roadside Assistance plan.

Trip Interruption reimburses you for hotel, meal, and transportation costs—up to $300**—if a covered component fails while you’re more than 300 km away from home.

Upon request, Travel Planning Assistance will provide you with a personalized trip package including maps, alternate routes, points of interest, tour and accommodation directories, lists of Toyota dealerships, and entertainment options en route.

** Up to $100 a day for 3 days.

EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICES & TOWING

Your ECP Service Agreement has you covered in case something happens. That’s what driving with peace of mind is all about.

*** To your preferred Toyota Dealership within 50 km or to the nearest Toyota Dealership within 300 km. In the case of an accident towing, a second tow will be covered in areas with accident reporting centres if applicable. ††† In the event that you run out of fuel, Toyota Extra Care Roadside Assistance will deliver gas to your stranded vehicle. Cost of gasoline included up to 5 litres. For battery electric vehicles or hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest charging station or fueling station.
