My Toyota Extra is a free program offered by the Toyota Dealers Parts and Service Association of Quebec. It allows Toyota owners and lessees to earn points redeemable for credits on maintenance services, parts, accessories, and even the purchase of new or pre-owned Toyota vehicles.

Program members can check their points balance as follows:

  • Log into your account at www.matoyotaextra.ca with your email and password.

  • Access your profile or dashboard to view your points balance.

  • You can also ask a Toyota dealership advisor to check your balance.

Program members can subscribe to exclusive email communications to stay informed about offers, contests, and member benefits. You can subscribe during registration or by updating your consent settings in your profile once logged into your online account.

To change your password, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.

  • Click on Account Settings.

  • Click on the Edit option in the upper right corner of the Password section located further down.

  • You will be prompted to enter and confirm your new password.

  • Finally, click the Save Changes button.

Click on Log in, then select Forgot your password? Provide the required information. Once the form is completed, click the Reset your password button.

When purchasing parts or services at a participating dealership, provide your email address or digital card number. You’ll earn 10 points for every dollar spent before taxes.

Redeem your points for discounts on vehicle maintenance or the purchase of a new or pre-owned Toyota vehicle.

No, the program is now entirely digital. By providing your email address or digital card number at the dealership, your points will be added to your account.

To update your profile, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.

  • Click on Account Settings.

  • Make the desired changes section by section. First, click Edit in the upper right corner of the section you want to update. Make your changes, then click Save Changes.

To register online for the My Toyota Extra program, a valid email address is required. If you don’t have one or prefer not to provide it, you can request membership during your next visit to the dealership. However, it’s important to note that without an email address, bonus points offered during promotional periods won’t be automatically added to your profile.

To obtain your bonus points, you simply need to:

  • Contact the program’s customer service by email at info@matoyota.ca or by phone at 1-855-461-6815.

  • Submit a copy of your invoice to info@matoyota.ca, including your name and phone number.

Customer service will then add your bonus points. Please allow up to 30 days for the update to be processed.

If needed, and if you don’t have an email address, you can also request assistance from your dealership.

Customer service will adjust your points. Please allow up to 30 days for the update. Note that the request for points must be made no later than 30 days following the eligible purchase.

Absolutely. You can accumulate points and enjoy bonus points during promotions even if you don't spend money during your service visits.* Discover all the benefits waiting for you.

*Only maintenance services covered under the Extra-Care Protection (ECP) are eligible for My Toyota Extra points, equivalent to the price of the service at the dealership where the services are provided. Points will not be awarded for the value of other services or repairs covered by the ECP.
