Toyota Canada warrants every new vehicle registered in Canada that is used within Canada or the continental United States. The warranty begins on the vehicle’s registration date, which may be earlier than the sale date.
Warranty maintenance services can be performed at any authorized Toyota dealer. Certain factors, such as negligence, modifications, or accidents, may void the warranty. Contact your Toyota dealer for more details.

Assistance Services

Towing
To the Toyota dealer of your choice within 50 km or the nearest Toyota dealer within 300 km. In case of an accident, towing is available to a collision reporting center (if required by the municipality).
Battery Boost
Or towing, if the vehicle does not start.
Flat Tire Replacement
Installation of the spare tire in the event of a flat tire.
Lockout Assistance
Help if you accidentally lock your keys inside your vehicle.
Fuel Delivery
Up to 5 liters of fuel. *Please note that the cost of the fuel is the customer’s responsibility.
Vehicle Extraction
Assistance with extracting a vehicle stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow.
Replacement Service Reimbursement
If, for any reason, you are unable to reach Toyota Roadside Assistance for towing or emergency roadside services, you may be eligible for reimbursement of applicable expenses, up to $250 for towing and $100 for emergency roadside assistance.
