When you bring your vehicle to us for maintenance, our electrified vehicle specialists perform a multipoint inspection, covering tires, cabin air filter, brakes, wiper blades, and more to optimize your vehicle’s performance and reliability.

Continuously Trained Experts

Maintenance is carried out by certified technicians for electrified vehicles, who know your vehicle inside and out. All our technicians undergo a rigorous and mandatory continuous training program specifically for electrified vehicles.

Parts and Accessories Warranty

If you purchase accessories after buying your new vehicle and have them installed by a Toyota dealer:

• Warranty covers the remaining new vehicle basic warranty (up to 3 years/60,000 km)

• Or the longer period between the new vehicle basic warranty and a 12-month/20,000 km accessory warranty

If accessories are installed elsewhere, the warranty covers parts only for 12 months from the purchase date.

Replacement Parts:
If you purchase replacement parts from Toyota and have them installed by a Toyota dealer:

• Coverage: 24 months or 40,000 km for parts and labor (whichever comes first)

If parts are installed elsewhere:

• Coverage: 12 months, unlimited mileage, for parts only
