The website matoyotaextra.ca (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "Website") that you are currently visiting is the property of the Toyota Dealers Parts and Service Association of Quebec (hereinafter referred to as "APSCTQ"). By accessing and browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. APSCTQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. By continuing to use the Site after any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Site.
Limitation of Liability
Although APSCTQ makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information and documents on its Site, the Site and its elements are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty of any kind. APSCTQ, as well as the Toyota Dealers Association of Quebec, Toyota dealers in Quebec, Toyota Canada Inc., their affiliates or subsidiaries, their members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, service providers, advertising agencies, agents, and representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Beneficiaries") shall in no case be held liable for any damages directly or indirectly related to the use of the Site and/or its content.
APSCTQ does not guarantee that the Site will be available or functional without interruption or that its content is free of viruses, defects, harmful elements, errors, or other materially damaging components. APSCTQ and the Beneficiaries disclaim any liability for any malfunction of computer components, software, communication lines, network losses, failed transmissions, incomplete or deleted communications, or any issue that may prevent or limit access to the Site or its features.
APSCTQ and the Beneficiaries shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, lost revenue or profits, unrealized savings, business interruption, or other financial or economic losses) resulting from the use or inability to use this Site, even if APSCTQ and the Beneficiaries were informed of the possibility of such damages or could have reasonably foreseen them.
Only certain Toyota dealers in Quebec participate in the Ma Toyota Extra Program. Users of the Site acknowledge that it is their responsibility to verify whether a specific dealer participates in the Program and release APSCTQ and the Beneficiaries from any liability in this regard. APSCTQ may occasionally post special promotional offers that are not valid at all participating Toyota dealers in Quebec. Such information is provided for informational purposes only. In case of discrepancies between promotional offers presented by the Ma Toyota Extra Program at participating dealerships and those indicated on this Site, the offers indicated on this Site shall prevail. APSCTQ does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding Toyota vehicles, products, or services.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Site is protected by the Copyright Act and the Trade-marks Act of Canada, as well as applicable international conventions. Unless otherwise specified on the Site or in these Terms, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, translate, download, broadcast, display, or transmit any element of this Site, including but not limited to content, data, text, images, videos, audio files, codes, and software, without prior written permission from APSCTQ. However, it is allowed to display, store, download, or print any Site content solely for personal use and provided it is not modified. In no case is it permitted to use Site content to suggest an association with APSCTQ, the Toyota Dealers Association of Quebec, Toyota Canada Inc., or any related or affiliated entity.
The Toyota trademarks and vehicle trademarks are owned by Toyota Motor Corporation. Other trademarks, names, words, logos, and designs may also constitute trademarks. It is strictly prohibited to use the trademarks and trade names contained on the Site in any manner other than as authorized by these Terms or with the written consent of their owner.

The Site may include hyperlinks to other independent websites, such as Toyota dealer sites in Quebec, toyotaquebec.ca, toyota.ca, or any other third-party site affiliated or not with Toyota. These links are provided as a courtesy. Neither APSCTQ nor the Beneficiaries are responsible for the content of these websites. APSCTQ and the Beneficiaries cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from browsing or using these websites.
Access Restrictions
APSCTQ reserves the right, at any time, to suspend or cancel a user's profile at its sole discretion and without notice. APSCTQ also reserves the right to restrict access to the Site in whole or in part. Neither APSCTQ nor the Beneficiaries shall be held liable for any such suspension, cancellation, or restriction.

Governing Law
The laws of Quebec and Canada govern the use of this Site, regardless of your place of residence or location. By using this Site, you agree and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts for any disputes concerning access to and use of this Site.
Miscellaneous Provisions
The failure or omission by APSCTQ, its successors, or assigns to enforce or require compliance with any right under these Terms of Use on certain occasions or for a certain period shall not constitute a waiver of APSCTQ's right to eventually enforce or require compliance with such right. If any part of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. In case of discrepancies between the French and English versions of these legal terms or any content on this Site, the French version shall prevail.
